Place the oats, amaranth, buckwheat, quinoa, millet, barley flakes, and brown rise in a mill to grind. Place all the nuts and seeds in a food processor and process until small pieces. Then place the dates, raisins, cherries (raspberries, blueberries or carob), prunes and figs in a food processor and puree. Finally, mix all three ingredients with the 2 oils. The cost for this is $14.40 for a very good 2 pounds. (There will be some of your products left to start another batch as they don’t sell the nuts and seed etc. In small cup quantities.)
