DETOXIFICATION BATHING
(DETOX BATH)
Soaking baths to draw
toxins our of the body:
To begin your detox
baths, start by putting ¼ cup Baking Soda in the
water for the first 2 weeks.
Soak in a tub for 10-20
minutes in water temperature that is comfortable and
pleasant.
Take detox baths twice a
week with at least a couple of days in between each
bath.
Continue bathing or
showering as you usually would in addition to the
detox baths.
After 2 weeks choose
from one of the following depending on how you feel.
WHEN FEELING STRONG
Epson Salt: ½ cup to a tub of water to be used when
you are feeling strong.
WHEN FEELING OK
(AVERAGE)
Combination: ¼ cup Epsom Salt and ¼ cup Baking
Soda to a tub of water to be used when you are
feeling OK.
WHEN FEELING TIRED AND
FRAGILE
Baking Soda: ½ cup to a tub of water to be used
when you are feeling tired and fragile.
BASIN BATHING
¼ Cup of Baking Soda or Epson Salt in a sink of
warm water. Wipe body with a washcloth and pat dry

AFTER YOUR BATH,
SHOWER OFF USING A WASH CLOTH AND SOAP TO REMOVE
ANY TOXINS THAT MAY BE ON THE SURFACE OF THE SKIN

AFTER YOUR SHOWER,
PUT ON CLEAN CLOTHING OR LINGERIE SO THAT YOU ARE
NOT EXPOSED TO TOXINS IN YOUR CLOTHING
