Douglas B. Cook, D.C. graduated from Hinton High School in Hinton, OK in 1982. He then went on to attend El Reno Junior College in El Reno, Ok where he obtained an Associate of Arts Degree with an emphasis in Biology. After completion of an Associates degree, Dr. Cook attended Parker College in Irving, TX. He graduated from Parker with a Doctorate of Chiropractic. Dr. Doug Cook now resides his Oklahoma Chiropractor practise in the city of Weatherford, Oklahoma.

Dr. Cook has continued his education since completion of his doctorate. He is a certified Oklahoma Chiropractor in spinal trauma and also certified in injectioning  vitamins, minerals, and nutritional supplements. He has a professional license of Chiropractic Physician in Oklahoma. He has taken courses and studied under the direction of Dr. Charles Farr, M.D. of Oklahoma City. He has attended the International Society of Chelation Technicians Training and has been practicing the methods learned since 1998.

Dr. Cook is not only involved in education, but also in organizations in the community. He is a member of the Oklahoma State Chiropractic Association, board member of the Chiropractic Association of Oklahoma from 1992 to 1994, member of the Alternative Therapies Health Association, and member of the Oklahoma Association for the Advancement of Chiropractic Medicine. He has been a member of the Weatherford Kiwanis Club since 1987.

Through his dedication and determination to help our patients, Dr. Cook enjoys teaching and speaking to groups, clubs, and organizations to share vital information and practice methods about the natural way to correct various health complication.

At the Oklahoma Health and Wellness Center, our doctors are specifically education in the field of alternative and physical medicine. They have many hours of continuing education in the newest field of holistic and preventative medicine techniques.
